Sean found a good location for his school though one of his own private students (never underestimate the power of networking!). However, the small classroom/office needed to be gutted and rebuilt to look like a classroom and school all in one.
His Japanese designer and Sean both had their own opinions on what was needed to make a nice looking school.
Sean was looking at the new location in terms of keeping it as reasonable as possible while still maintaining “class” (forgive the pun) while the Japanese designer wanted to spend money to make it look as best he could. With Sean’s limited budget, did they find middle ground?
